This looks a really moist cake – what a delicious combination of ingredients!
I bet this would be great for breakfast.
As for your career, I say go with your heart. If you feel passionate about the master’s program, then it probably is meant to be.
I fancy pineapple but rarely use it for baking..:) Your loaf looks delicious !
